Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide information about services, orders, and processes
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
Coordinate with internal teams for order and service follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses
Minimum +2 qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Nepali
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Prior CSR or customer handling experience is an advantag
Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
