2. Non-Refundable Situations (No Refund Under These Conditions)

Refunds will NOT be issued under any of the following situations:

3. Refund Eligibility – Limited Exceptional Cases Only

Refunds will be considered ONLY under the following rare circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same service due to a system or gateway error.

βœ” 3.2 Service Activation Failure (Platform Error)

Payment was successful, but the purchased service was not activated within 24 hours due to a technical failure from Jagirkhoj.com.

An incorrect amount was charged due to a system malfunction.

  • The job seeker was not selected or interviewed
  • Hiring results did not meet expectations
  • Incorrect CV or incomplete profile prevented hiring
  • User-side technical issues occurred

6. Job Seeker Fee Refund Policy

Any fee paid by Job Seekers is NON-REFUNDABLE, including:

  • Registration Fee
  • Processing Fee

  • CV/Resume Support Fee
  • Any job seeker–related digital service

❗ Job Search Outcomes DO NOT Qualify for Refund

Refund will NOT be provided if:

❌ Job seeker does not receive a call/interview
❌ Job seeker is rejected
❌ Job seeker does not get selected
❌ Expected job/role/salary is not offered
❌ Job seeker submits incorrect or incomplete documents

Jagirkhoj.com does not guarantee employment and is not liable for job placement results.

 

7. Service Cancellation Policy

Users may stop using the service at any time; however:

8. Replacement Instead of Refund (Optional at Company Discretion)

9. Chargeback / Dispute Policy

Submitting a false Chargeback or Payment Dispute will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension
  • Legal action under the Cyber Law of Nepal
  • Recovery of outstanding dues

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Jagirkhoj.com is NOT liable for:

  • Server downtime
  • Delay in notifications
  • Hiring results
  • Resume quality
  • Employer or job seeker behavior
  • Data loss
  • Business interruptions
  • Technical issues beyond our control

All services are provided on an β€œas-is” basis.

 

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Nepal, including:

  • Electronic Transaction Act 2063
  • Consumer Protection Act 2075
  • Nepal Contract Act
  • Applicable cybercrime regulations

Any dispute shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Nepal.
