🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an active and responsible Field Supporter to assist in technical and customer service operations. मुख्य रूपमा Internet Installation, Maintenance Support, Customer Visit, र Bill Collection सम्बन्धी काम गर्ने।

🧰 Key Responsibilities

Assist technical team in internet connection installation and maintenance

Support customers during network or device issues

Deliver routers, cables, and collect bills when required

Coordinate with office for service updates and task reporting

Maintain customer visit records and ensure quality service

Represent the company professionally in the field

✅ Requirements (Must-have)

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, mobile apps, email use)

Good communication skills (Nepali + Basic English)

Must have Bike & Valid Driving License

Physically active and punctual

Local knowledge of Butwal and nearby areas preferred

👨‍🔧 Experience / Training

Experience in ISP / Field Support / Technical Fieldwork preferred

Freshers with training or internship experience can also apply
